SoWhen is a demo built for the Elevate Women Global Hackathon 2026. It is owned by Elena Liapina, Moscow, Russia.
Don’t enter real data
- The email or phone you enter at sign-up is not used anywhere – we send no emails or text messages. Feel free to make it up.
- Instead of your calendar, SoWhen uses sample busy times – it does not connect to any real calendar.
- You can use any nicknames instead of your friends’ names.
What is stored and where
Everything you enter is stored on a server in Germany. Demo accounts and their meetings are deleted automatically after 24 hours. All other data entered during the hackathon is deleted on 26 September 2026, after which SoWhen will keep running. Passwords are stored only in a form that cannot be turned back into the password.
Photos for a collage: your browser makes a reduced copy before sending it, the original never reaches our server. Any participant can remove their own photo.
